Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Devwemo Technologies Private Limited (“Devwemo”), we strive to ensure that our clients are fully satisfied with our services. However, due to the nature of our business, the following refund and cancellation policies apply.

1.Service-Based Pricing

The prices for our services are determined based on the specific requirements and scope of each project. As such, the cost of services may vary from client to client. All quotes provided are based on the agreed-upon scope of work.

2.Cancellation Policy

2.1. Project Cancellation by Client

– If you wish to cancel a project after it has commenced, you must provide written notice to Devwemo as soon as possible.

– If the cancellation request is made before any work has begun, a full refund will be issued.

– If the cancellation request is made after work has commenced but before project completion, Devwemo will assess the work completed up to the date of cancellation. You will be billed for the portion of the work completed, and any unused portion of your payment will be refunded. If the work completed exceeds the initial payment, you will be required to settle the outstanding balance.

2.2. Project Cancellation by Devwemo

– Devwemo reserves the right to cancel any project at any time, with or without cause. If we cancel a project without cause, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.

– If cancellation is due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions by the client, no refund will be provided, and you may be required to compensate for any losses incurred by Devwemo as a result of the breach.

3.Refund Policy

 

3.1. Refund Eligibility

– Refunds will only be considered for projects that have been cancelled as per the terms outlined in this policy.

– No refunds will be issued for services that have been fully delivered or where the work has been completed according to the agreed scope.

 

3.2. Partial Refunds

– If a project is cancelled after partial work has been completed, a partial refund may be issued. The amount of the refund will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed relative to the total project cost.

 

3.3. Non-Refundable Services

– Certain services, such as consultation fees, setup fees, or any other services explicitly stated as non-refundable at the time of purchase, are non-refundable.

 

3.4. Timeframe for Refunds

– If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date of approval. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
